EMF/EVP Video

This video demonstrates how we use an Electromagnetic Field (EMF) detector to search for abnormalities. After ruling out any natural electromagnetic sources such as electrical lines and electrical appliances, we were taking readings in the basement. As Tony scanned in the basement, the EMF detector began to spike wildly, indicating there was a very strong electromagnetic field in the area. (This is believed to be a sign that paranormal activity could be present). You can hear the beeping of the EMF detector get faster and faster as he approaches a certain area. You can also hear the three of us talking. At the end of the video you can hear a strange raspy howling sound. This is an EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena) recording. In other words, it could not be heard while we were taping this video. The EVP sound was only audible when we played the video later. At the same time we captured this EVP with the camcorder, we also picked it up with two digital voice recorders. All of us recorded the same sound at the same time. "Sound" is a relative term though, since it could not be heard at the time we made the recordings.
