‘taped’ barriers......

used yellow ‘caution tape’ to prevent access to 3 elevators in an office building...the stairway on the same floor...a car in a parking lot....and the art history department at the art school....

didn’t wait for any of the results.....but i knew for a fact that a group [office] would be heading out for a meeting......several hours later as per a friend....they freaked....and were set back a few minutes...him included....

the following day i heard i almost created an international incident....that floor houses 2 international agencies...their security adviser contacted HQ, as they believed the agencies were, with the use of ‘yellow caution tape’ being targeted....paranoia...
