A large stack of job applications is placed in the corner of a gallery next to a cardboard box.

A card mounted on the wall instructs visitors to fill out an application and to place their application in the box.

The exhibition runs for one month. At the end of one month, an application is picked at random from the box. The person listed on the application is called in to accept their new job.

The job consists of throwing away all of the remaining job applications. When this task is completed, the person is "let go" and the exhibition closes.
