Migration Piece:
Dave Scott, 2006

My bed is arranged so that the headboard faces east. I normally sleep on the right side of the bed. Each night, I change position and move to a spot slightly to the left (north) of the place where I had slept during the previous night.

Gradually I migrate to the north until I am sleeping on the left side of the bed. When I have migrated north as far as I can travel without falling out of bed, I begin the process in reverse, sleeping in a new position each night until I eventually reach my original sleeping position on the right side of the bed.
